Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the engagement as confidential and will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the provision of services.
(a) Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
(b) Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate the engagement in the event of a material breach of these Terms by the other party.
(c) Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Client will pay for any services performed up to the date of termination.
Novus Copia does not warrant that the services provided will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the specific requirements of the Client.
In no event shall Novus Copia be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
